          In a twelve-page state-of-the-church circular letter, dated November 28, 1921, John Dittemore, a former Director of The Mother Church appointed during Mary Baker Eddy’s lifetime, gives evidence that the Directors were aware that they were supposed to point out variations in the teaching of Christian Science and to expose the difference.
